今天解決了 IIS 7
"設定錯誤 無法讀取設定檔案，因為權限不足" 的問題.
感謝偉大的網路, 讓我找到解法:
1. 檢查看看檔案夾是否是唯讀, 不可以是唯讀
我在IIS 管理員 console內, 將wwwroot及我站台的目錄
權限都取消唯讀.
2. 然後在"安全性"內, 新增一個Users的使用者.
之後再測試, 檔案可顯示了! 耶!
